The Law Awards of Scotland are now in their ninth year and through the support of the legal profession and sponsors, the awards have now become the must attend event in the legal calendar.
Not just any law firm or individual can enter the awards, only those who are ‘recommended’ by their clients and peers are invited to take part.
At the moment clients and members of the legal community are being contacted as part of the awards research process. Those contacted will give us their opinions of what they think of the firms and individuals who represent them and who they feel deserve to be recognised at this year’s ceremony.
If you are a law firm who wants to ensure that your clients are contacted as part of the research process please e-mail Kimberley Baran and you will be sent further details. Law firms and individuals who have successfully made the grade and been rated highly enough by clients and peers will be contacted and invited to enter the awards at the beginning of April.
New Categories for 2012
The Law Awards of Scotland will be introducing a number of new categories into this year's event including Global Law Firm of the Year, High Street Firm of the Year and Support Team of the Year. Make sure you are involved in this year's research to qualify for entry.
Judging Panel
Each year the Law Awards of Scotland secures an independent judging panel to cast eyes over the many submissions that are made. Information about this year's judging panel can be found here.
Awards Ceremony
